Join Refuse Refuse, SF Public Works, and the community for a friendly neighborhood cleanup! Volunteers will meet in front of Moscone Recreation Center (1800 Chestnut St) to grab our supplies and form our crew. As part of our commitment to represent the diverse neighborhoods of San Francisco, SFPD hosts the city's Community Police Advisory Boards (CPABs), which are composed of community volunteers who live and/or work in a specific geographical police district. A CPAB member’s role is to advise the district station Captain about public safety, crime, and quality of life issues that affect their community. CPAB members play a vital role in communication and problem-solving efforts undertaken by district stations. CPABs meet every month with station Captains. 📍Held in-person at SFPD Northern Station (461 6th Avenue)

The Pop Air and Let’s Fly exhibitions continue to thrill and engage a participative audience, but EmotionAir sets an even more ambitious goal. This latest exhibition, first presented in London in December 2023, is committed to the work of emotions, transforming artworks into mirrors to explore the profound relationship between art and emotions, action, and reaction. This is manifested tangibly through Inflatable Art, which offers itself as a medium to express the most intimate nuances of human feelings. For Summer 2025, the San Francisco Children’s Art Center (SFCAC) at Fort Mason Center for Arts & Culture (FMCAC) offers in-person classes and camp options for children ages five through 10 years old (grades kindergarten through five). The weekly summer camps run from Monday, June 9, 2025 through Friday, August 22, 2025 on weekdays. Fort Mason Art presents Our commons are free, a project by artist Ben Kinmont exploring the rich history and lasting influence of the San Francisco Diggers – the radical community actors who emerged within the countercultural movement of the 1960s – at Fort Mason Center For Arts & Culture (FMCAC). Exhibiting the group’s innovative street sheets and printing operations, Kinmont tracks the Diggers’ push for new societies based on “free” ideals of individualism, community care, and a rejection of consumer capitalism.
