A born and bred Bay Area native, she’s got HUGE (yes, all caps) love for her local roots and adores sharing her beloved community with new clients. 

Instilled with the luxury of calling San Francisco home for the past three decades, the veteran Realtor® offers unmatched expertise when it comes to navigating the city’s unique enclaves. Merging local know-how with global expertise, Kristan is bolstered by her experience gleaned on Capitol Hill as a legislative aid for multiple members of Congress. Pivoting away from politics, she launched a personal concierge business serving bankers, socialites, and brokers before segueing her client-centric approach into the real estate realm in 2005. 

Motivated by sheer satisfaction of helping individuals and families fulfill their dreams of homeownership, Kristan loves serving clients and is ever appreciative of the lifelong friendships that she’s forged along the way.
